The 15th Amendment and Sec. 8 of the 1965 Voting Rights Act: http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.amendmentxv.html Qualified voters have the right to vote and have their vote counted properly. Voting machines, absentee ballots, mail-in ballots, and the 'absence' of certified poll watchers and or Federal Observers - taken together or separately constitute a violation due to one or more of the following criteria for a legal voting process: the voter's lack of direct access to a ballot, the voter's inability to directly mark and cast their ballot, and the lack of transparency as to the storage and counting of the ballots, which includes the ballots' chain-of-custody.

Article II, Section 1, clause 2 of the US Constitution: https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/articleii  Regarding various Secretaries of State and governors who unilaterally changed election law for the 2020 election, they are in violation of Article II, Section 1, clause 2 of the US Constitution: “Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States, shall be appointed an elector.”

3 USC Section 1: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/3/1 The Trump Campaign should be suing under 3 USC Section 1, which says that votes must be counted on Election Day, not after that day. The only thing that would fix this situation is a new election for Philadelphia - and any other tainted counties and states.  The ballots are already out of the envelopes, so the chain of custody has been irrevocably broken and election officials can’t put Humpty Dumpty back together again. They need a re-do.

VOTING COUNTING SYSTEMS OWNERSHIP - It appears to be a case of "musical chairs" with these companies, who periodically change names and "apparent" ownership, but it's highly likely the same cast of characters is controlling the situation from way behind the scenes - big money and the deep state.
